Union Coop Commercial Centre in Jumeirah Third (Option 2)
The philosophy of the project is to promote UNION COOP as the most representative Consumer Cooperative Society in Dubai. The design of the proposal wants to show the importance of UNION COOP but it also achieves the highest standards of flexibility and functionality. The main goal of Al Hashemi’s design is not only to satisfy the client’s expectations but to obtain much more than what was required. The design has been developed analyzing the typical behavior of the customers and the functions have been distributed in order to make every floor interesting and attractive for the clients. Every space has been thought to be comfortable in order to guarantee to the clients the best experience of shopping. All the paths make the customer face the highest number possible of shops in the commercial area and the highest number of products in the hypermarket. Every path is direct and it reaches every function in the easiest way possible.
